Young Engineer Speed-Up Programme (YES)
In order to meet the forthcoming opportunities and challenges, we strongly believe that our success depend on the competency and commitment of our people.
We want our young engineers to accelerate their development in professional and managerial competencies in a structured manner. Therefore, we design and launch the Young Engineers Speed-Up (YES) Programme.
The First In-take of the YES Programme took place in December 2018 and as at December 2019 ten engineers have been engaged in the Programme. All of our young engineers will have the opportunity to participate in the YES Programme eventually.
The objectives of the YES Programme are
- To develop the technical and professional competency of the young talents of TRESEC with a structured approach
- To develop expertise meeting the future resources needs of the Company
- To develop the leadership skill of the young talents as part of the succession plan for the Company
- To enhance loyalty of the people of TRESEC to the Company
